2. Payment Processing

  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched.

  • We do not store or have access to your full credit/debit card details — all transactions are encrypted and handled by our payment providers.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery for UK orders. All payments must be made online before dispatch.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been approved.

  • Refunds may take longer depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
